Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
A. We offer a full exchange & refund policy. All items that are being returned must to be sent to us within 14 days and must have the tag still attached. To comply with our returns policy, products must be in the same condition as it was received in, in it’s original packaging. If these instructions aren’t followed you may be declined a return.
Q. ARE RETURNS FREE?
A. We do not cover return postage costs. Before returning your item please email us at info@coszus.com with your reason for return and order number and we will provide return instructions.
Q. ARE SALE ITEMS RETURNABLE?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
